Common questions

"No Matter accessories found"

• iOS Simulator returns no HomeKit data — install on a real iPhone signed into your Apple Home.
• Grant HomeKit access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → HomeKit → Thread Doctor.
• If you only have HAP-Wi-Fi accessories (no Matter), Thread Doctor has nothing to inspect.

AI Diagnose key says "Missing" after I saved it

Switch tabs and return, or fully quit and reopen the app once. If it persists, delete and re-enter the key in AI Diagnose → ⚙ → Replace key.

How much does AI Diagnose cost?

You pay your chosen LLM provider directly using your own API key. Typical cost is $0.03–0.05 per Analyze tap on Claude Opus 4.7. Sonnet 4.6 is ~60% of that; Haiku 4.5 ~20%. Pick the model in AI Diagnose → ⚙ → Model.
